Shipping these days is a juggling act. Fast delivery, and
cost is always a factor. Shippers rates change like the wind. All depending on external factors like the cost of fuel.
Shady Side Bonsai uses USPS, UPS and freight carriers to get your supplies to you. On
small items we use USPS flat rate boxes. We can put items like a full set of wire, pots up to 12 inches in there flat rate
box for $8.10. We like the priority because you'll have it in two days no matter where you live in the lower 48.
On larger shipping items we will use USPS or USP depending on the most cost effectent means
to to get them. Extremely large items we will put your shipment out to bid to the freight carriers for the best possible cost.
