The title of this page "About Us" is really misleading. One would think that your ready to read some blurb about an online bonsai store.

What "About Us" means to Shady Side Bonsai is that:

Shady Side Bonsai and you, are the real "US" that this page is about. People that love, and yes, even have an obsession with bonsai. People with a common understanding of what it takes to produce a high quality bonsai. We understand what you need and are looking for. We are looking for the same things as well, when it come to our trees.

So we treat our clients like we would want to be treated. We do that with keeping materials that you need in stock, providing speedy answers to questions, expeditious service, and someone that will go out of their way to make that something "extra" happen when its needed. We understand without you, we cease to exist. So your happiness and success in bonsai is paramount to us.

We presently offer Pots by Erin Pottery, Wire,  Soil,& Bonsai Health care products. Look soon for us to be adding tools, display stands, field grown trees and beautiful Yamadori. All our offerings now and in the future are at the highest level of quality.

We invite you to make suggestions to us. If you feel there is a product that you would like to see offered, that we have neglected. Please tell us. We will do our very best to make it happen.
